It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Michael Woodruff of Mount Airy, North Carolina, born in Surry, Virginia, who passed away on December 31, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Henry David. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Bateman Woodruff; his daughter Amanda Lynn Woodruff Fletcher (Chris); his grandchildren, Jackson Fletcher and Cassidee Fletcher; his brother Joseph "Joey" Henry Woodruff (Leslie); and his nephew Ben Joseph Woodruff.
