He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Frazier and Margaret Hiatt Culler Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Robin Strickland Culler; his sons, Gerald Culler (Tiffany), Robby Webb (Niki) and Ricky Webb (Melissa); his grandchildren, Whitley Shuford (Marcus), Emily Mace (Jordy), Bailey Simmons (Ethan) and Alexis Webb; his great grandchildren, Cooper Shuford, Jackson Mace, Memphis Simmons and McCoy Simmons; and his brother Gary Culler (Sandra).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Moody Funeral Services (206 W Pine St, Mt Airy, NC 27030). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the William Hiatt Cemetery.
