He was predeceased by: his parent Kenneth M. MacIntosh; and his siblings, Elvera Shutter, Dorothy O'Neal and Kenneth M. MacIntosh, Jr.. He is survived by: his parent Edith Fahd MacIntosh; his wife Ellen Waldruff MacIntosh; his daughters, Kelly Jordan (James) and Tammy Waite (Lauren); his stepchildren, Heather Teachout (Scott) and Bobby Graepel (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Benjamin Jordan, Andrea Jordan-Burton (Jeffrey) and Josie Waite; his stepgrandchildren, Justin Graepel, Brandon Graepel, Rachel Graepel, Ashley Teachout, Natalie Teachout and Nathan Teachout; and his great grandchildren, Emma Burton and Elena Burton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Road, Dobson, NC 27017.
