He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edgar and Dora Bell Phillips Moss; his son Chad Hicks; and his siblings, Mildred Moore, Leon Moss and Michael Moss.
He is survived by: his wife Reta Gayle Pike Moss; his son Roger; his daughter-in-law Karen Moss; his grandsons, Chad Moss and Travis Moss; his sisters, Betty (Jimmy Inman), Mary (Bobby Gwyn), Vickie (Mike Matthews), Glenda (Larry Parker) and Frances Winters; his nephews, Mike Parker and Daniel Hoback; his niece Sue Utt; and his close friend David Marshall. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
