He is survived by: his daughter Sonya; his son-in-law Scott Haymore; his sons, Wyatt Alan Cook and Chad Eric (Ashley Herb Cook); his grandchildren, Kelsi Haymore, Abby Cook and Andrew Cook; his stepgrandchild Kole Drawdy; and his sisters, Ann Willard and Brenda Chilton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
