He was predeceased by: his siblings, Helen Seal Hayes, Alice Seal Horton, Robert, Roger, Herman and Oliver Seal.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Covington Seal; his children, Sandra Seal Fuller, Donna Seal Rosenzweig (Roddy) and Cecil Wayne Seal Jr. (Kim Seal); his great grandchild Cecelia Rose Clarke; and his grandchildren, Katherine Brett Clarke (Mike), Gabriel Page Fuller, Cecil Wayne Seal III and Geoffrey Seal.
