It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Eugene Noah of Mount Airy, North Carolina, born in Surry, Virginia, who passed away on September 11, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roland Noah and Lola Marie Smith Noah; and his siblings, Shirley Faye Noah Pack, Patricia Ann Noah Pike, Judy Kay Noah Boyles, Angela Lee Noah and Fred Noah.
He is survived by: his sons, Billy Noah and Johnny Noah; his granddaughter Rebecca Noah; and his great grandchildren, Adley White, Paxton Noah and Willow Haynes.
