She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Goins and Mannie Burkhart Goins; her husband William "Bill" Pipnos; her son John Walter "Johnny" Pipinos; and her siblings, Dorothy Goins, Virginia Goins, Laramie Bowman, Bruce Goins and Grant Goins.
She is survived by: her son H. William "Billy"; her daughters-in-law, Linda Pipinos and Donna (Dean Beal); her grandchildren, Crystal (Justin Hill), Chris (Tracie Pipinos), Dawn (Scott Lyman), Fawn Shaw and Jamie Dollyhigh; her stepgrandchildren, Warren, Jessica Morgan, Artie, Kelly Beabout and Cassandra Wine; her great grandchildren, John Daniel Gates, Sadie Jarrells, Jonathan Pipinos, Justin, Elizabeth Pipinos, Coey Pipinos, Madison Shaw, Chandler Shaw, Caleb Shaw, Brittany, Casey Lyman, Kelsey King, Ryan Dollyhigh, Mason Dollyhigh, Oliver Reese Morgan, Rowan Orion Morgan, Bryce Wine and Kyra Wine; and her great great grandchildren, Alora, Emmitt, Kenley, Colin, Skylar, Bryhlee and Zaylah.
Respecting the current limitations of numbers for public gatherings at this time (COVID-19), a graveside celebration of Carrie's life will be held Tuesday, August 4, 2020, at 2:00 PM at Midkiff Cemetery.
