It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carrie Golding (Mount Airy, North Carolina), who passed away on September 19, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Granville H.; and her husband Garnett Woltz Golding. She is survived by: her parent Blanche Mayes Smith; her son Gary Golding of Mount Airy; her daughter-in-law Brooke Golding of Mount Airy; her grandson Smith Golding of Mount Airy; and also, Porter Smith of Mount Airy, Celatha Smith of Mount Airy, Clyde Smith of Mount Airy, Norma Smith of Mount Airy, Sam Smith and Mildred Smith of Winston-Salem. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
