It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carolyn Louise Linville Busick of Mount Airy, North Carolina, born in Surry, Virginia, who passed away on February 16, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Gates and Beulah Gwyn Linville Gates; and her siblings, Verda Shinault, Vestal, Wayne and Richard Linville.
She is survived by: her husband Curtis Busick Sr.; her children, Wanda Pruitt (Gary), Shelia Bowman (Greg) and Curtis Busick Jr. (Michelle); her grandchildren, Curtis Busick III, Cortney Busick, Mason Bowman, Brooke Bowman, Kayla Woodlief (John) and Jennifer Card; her great grandchildren, Madelyn Card and Lily Woodlief; and her siblings, Rosie Ferguson (Tommy), Larry Linville (Karen) and Charles Linville (Hassie Dawson).
