She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Johnston and Della Johnson Johnston; her daughter Carrie Pendleton Hollingsworth; her brother Dennis Johnston; and the father of her children John "Penny" Hollingsworth.
She is survived by: her sons, Chris Hollingsworth and Clark Hollingsworth; and her grandson Austin Hollingsworth.
