He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Polly" Hale Rogers; his daughter Jo Ann; his son-in-law Mark Thomas; his son Thomas Franklin; his daughter-in-law Alice Rogers; his grandchildren, Maddie Thomas and Mathew Rogers; his sister Gaynell; his brother-in-law Mike Shaw; and his brother Jim Rogers.
