He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Meadows; his children, Steven "Stevie" Meadows (Alisha), Kelly Ryan Meadows (Tamara Beck) and Christy; his son-in-law Brian Beatty; his stepdaughter Amber Easter; his grandchildren, Ryan, Ashley Haynes, Rayne Haynes, Autumn Meadows, Kaden Meadows, Kaylee Meadows and Kinsley Meadows; his stepgranddaughter Marley Easter; his great grandchild Elisha Haynes; his sister Debbi; his brother-in-law Ronnie Hardy; and his niece Angie Edwards.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fancy Gap Baptist Church.
