Betty Sparger Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2021, at the age of 97, Betty Sparger of Mount Airy, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Sparger to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lacy Jones and Vivian Edwards Jones; her husband Jack Sparger; her stepson Jim Sparger (Molly); and her siblings, Lacy Jones Jr., Jack Jones, Florence Brown, Lorraine Allred, Patsy Brown and Jerry Robison.
She is survived by: her children, Lacy Jenkins (Tom) of Swansboro and Larry Dinkins (Mildred) of Augusta, GA; and her stepchildren, Sara Doty of Charlotte, NC, Trish Loffer (Frank) of Paradise Valley, Arizona and George Sparger (Kathy) of Miami. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Swansboro United Methodist Church, Building Fund, 665 West Corbett Ave, Swansboro, NC 28584.
