She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry and Minnie Slate Parker; her husband Kenneth Monroe Mills; her grandson Corie Inscore; and her siblings, Joyce Mills, Ethel Phillips, Grover Parker, Jonathan Parker, Herbert Parker and Herman Parker.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles "Chuck" Inscore, Kenneth Inscore (Abreena) and Scott Tracy Inscore (Penny); her grandchildren, Jessica Harpe (Joe), Greyson Inscore (Marissa) and Derrick Dean; and her great grandchild C. J. Inscore. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
