She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas Draughn and Anna Smith Draughn; her sister Peggy; and her brother-in-law Everett Mosley. She is survived by: her husband Richard Starr; her children, Holli Starr, Charlie and Shannon Starr; her grandchildren, Nathan and Lizzie Starr; her brothers, Lonnie (Faye Draughn), Gene (Janie Draughn), Jimmy (Effie Draughn) and Rudy (Karen Draughn); and her siblings-in-law, Charles and Shirley Starr. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
