She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Lloyd; her husband Bill Norman, Sr.; her son Michael Todd Norman; and her siblings, Lois Lyons, Arwood Lyons, Lloyd Elmo Lyons, Dewey Lyons, Charles Clancy Lyons and Thomas Reavis Lyons.
She is survived by: her parent Julia Mary Jarrell Lyons; her daughter Julie Seivers of Mount Airy; her children-in-law, Keith Seivers of Mount Airy, Bill Norman, Jr., Sheri Norman of Mount Airy and Sylvia Amaro Norman Windham of Richardson, TX; her grandchildren, Cody Norman, Dani Norman, Caitlin Frazier, Patrick Frazier, Kelsey Norman, Nicole Norman, Brooke Norman, Peyton Marvin, Sara George, Rebecca Hall, Levi Hall, Mikayla Seivers and Abigail Windham; her great grandchildren, Gavin Michael Frazier and Evie Grace Frazier; her brother-in-law Margaret Layman of Mount Airy; her wife Richard "Wigs"; and also, Lowell Layman of Mount Airy, Mary Lyons Parsons of Mount Airy, Betty Lyons of Hendersonville, Ruth Lyons of Sylva and Marcy Wigeri Van Edema. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and an adopted son.
