He was predeceased by: his grandchild Gabriel Kingsbury; his great grandchild Cayden Harrell; his siblings, Evon Draughn, Michalene Leftwich, Bernice Leftwich, J. C., Berman and Jeffrey Leftwich; and his mother-in-law Alice Hawks.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Leigh Hawks Leftwich; his children, Angela "Fay", Thomas Kingsbury, Denise Petty, Mike Petty, Daniel "Punkin", Amanda Leftwich, A. W. "Dub" Leftwich, III, Johnny Willard and Amber Willard; his siblings-in-law, Eleanor Leftwich, Nelba Dowell, Raymond Dowell, Juanita Montgomery, Loreita Bennett, Joy Wall, Howard Wall, Mashel Leftwich and Maynard Leftwich; and his father-in-law Johnny Hawks. He is also survived by husband, father and grandfather, with a strong concern for all children.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that you join in memorial contributions as A.W. has done for several years and send the contributions to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
