It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene Louise Honeycutt Smith of Mount Airy, North Carolina, born in Surry, Virginia, who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Herbert Honeycutt; her son Greg Smith; and her sisters, Frances Hilton and Jeanie Easter. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Dustin Smith, Jordan Smith (Rochelle) and Tabitha Johnson; her great grandchildren, Steven, Lucas and Katlyn; and her brother Franklin Honeycutt.
