Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Archie Bowman of Mount Airy, North Carolina, born in Surry, Virginia, who passed away at the age of 70, on September 21, 2020. He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law William "Bill" Miller. He is survived by: his wife Chie Hayashi Bowman; his daughters, Michelle Bowman and Angela; his son-in-law Brian Folsom; his son David; his daughter-in-law Brooke Bowman; his grandchildren, Christian, Madison, Jacob, Maggie, Christiana, Bryson and Adalyn; his siblings, Peggy Miller and Leroy; and his sister-in-law Patricia Bowman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Being mindful of social distancing, the family will receive friends Thursday from 12:00 until 1:30 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials be made to the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Road, Dobson, NC 27017.
