She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Ernest and Stella Rosella Adams Needham; her husband Carl Esker Atkins; her son-in-law Victor Alan Blevins; and her siblings, James Claude Needham, Tyre Charles Needham, Opal Boyles, Beatrice York, Janie McClung and Marilyn Needham.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Ann Frantz (Patrick); her grandchildren, Tori, Tara Blevins and Tanner Blevins; her siblings, Barbara Jean Jessup, Roger (Deloris) and Eddie Needham (Brenda); her stepgrandchildren, Audrey Furnas (Jay), Sara Hutchings (Zach) and Patrick John Frantz; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Nate, Chloe Furnas and Monroe Hutchings.
