He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Ray and Betty Jean Whitaker Speas; and his brothers, Tommy Gray Speas and Raymond Dean Speas. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Speas Noah; his son-in-law Justin Noah; his grandchildren, Landen Izack Noah and Liam Brantley Noah; and his siblings, Linda Speas Duncan, Terry Speas and Darrell Speas.
