Alfred Garland Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alfred Garland of Mount Airy, North Carolina, who passed away on November 28, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Tarry and Ruby Daniels Garland; his wife Lydia Hall Garland; his siblings, Richard (Bud) and Judy Blalock; and his son Timothy James Garland.
He is survived by: his children, Cathy Garland Akers and Alfred Richard (Rick); his daughter-in-law Lynn Garland; his grandchildren, Lauren Akers, Madison and J. C. Paulson; his sister Shirley Garland Daniels; and his siblings-in-law, Bruce Blalock and Frances Garland. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to the current COVID circumstances there will be a private family service.
