He was predeceased by : his father Roy Obie Ayers and his brother Obie Lee Ayers. He is survived by : his mother Ann Ayers; his children, Amanda Jo Seymour of Charlotte and Matthew Keith Seymour of Marion; his significant other Tammy Cromer; his sisters, Chris Ayers, Judy Morris and Donna Harrell; and his grandchildren, Anastasia Compas, Natalya Stewart and Gabriella Stewart.
