She was predeceased by: her parents, Lacey Starbuck and Ethel Hicks Starbuck; her husband Kenneth Milby; her sister Janice Nunn; and her grandsons, Owen Puckett and Matthew Puckett.
She is survived by: her son Adam Puckett (Gloria); her sister Myrtle Starbuck; her grandchildren, Emily Smith and Zach Jones; her great grandchildren, Justin Smith, Crichton Smith and Sydney Smith; and her grandchildren, Sophie and Jackson.
In lieu of flowers, Mrs. Milby and her family request donations be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
