It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vernon Edward King of Morrisville, North Carolina, who passed away on February 28, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Herbert King and Emma Taylor King Olive; and his sister Janet King Nordan (Bettie). He is survived by: his wife Mary Searls King; his daughter Pamela King Leonard (David); and his sister Bessie Olive Tippet (Bennie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the complications of the pandemic, the family has elected not to hold visitation or services at this time and will instead honor and celebrate Paul's life at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Lowe's Grove Baptist Church Durham, NC, the Alzheimer's Association, or the charity of your choice.
