She is survived by: her husband David McHugh; her son Kenny Keathley (Emily); her grandchildren, Ella, Nora and Marshall Keathley; her siblings, Gloria Brown (Gary), Brenda Bryan (Larry), Reta Jones (Nathan), Randy Neely, Ricky Neely and David Neely; and her close friend Deb Clontz. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
