He was predeceased by: his father Tony Martin Sisk; and his sister Kelly Sisk. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Ferguson Sisk; his brothers, Rodney Sisk (Sara), Sonny Sisk (Dana), Clay Sisk (Jamie) and Shane Sisk; and his nieces and nephews, Autumn Mize (Robert), Savannah Whitesides (Ken), Cameron Sisk, Taylor Sisk, Tucker Sisk, Branson Sisk, Courtney Sisk and Ansleigh.
