She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Michaels and Eva Michaels; and her sister Dorothy Harris. She is survived by: her husband Mike Howie; her children, Renee Carswell (Buddy), Annette Henson (David), Danah Tolbert (Mark) and Harold Blankenship (Amy); her grandchildren, Lewis Carswell (Emily), Ethan Carswell (Jackie), Zackary Tolbert, Makayla Tolbert, Benjamin Tolbert, Andrew Blankenship and Aubrey Blankenship; her great grandchildren, Ella Carswell, Lucy Carswell, Noelle Tolbert and Noah Tolbert; her stepdaughters, Rebecca Little and Michelle Browning (James); her stepgrandchildren, Joshua, Asher, Gabriel and Micah Little; and her brothers, Kenny Michaels (Gullia) and Virgil Michaels (Norma). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
