She is survived by: her husband Dr. Gary Schattschneider; her son Michael Schattschneider (Jenny Prudhomme) of Asheville, N. C.; her brother Wade Carter (Valerie Vealey); her brother-in-law Glenn (Sandy Schattschneider) of Naples, FL.; her nephew Bryan Carter; her niece Lara Carter; her friends, Sarah and Dennis Leone of Punta Gorda, FL.; and also Betty Schattschneider of Sarasota, FL..
