He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Lawson Fowler; and his sister Lolita Pritchett. He is survived by: his father Leonard Mayfield; and his wife Krystle Johnson Chadwell. He is also survived by seven children; two stepchildren; three brothers; and numerous other family members.
