He is survived by: his wife Brandy Lingerfelt Suttlemyre; his children, Erika Suttlemyre (Daniel), Jamie Suttlemyre (Alex), Jordan Edmisten (Charles), Savannah Lingerfelt, Cole Lingerfelt and Mylah Suttlemyre; his grandchildren, Owen and Jalyn Suttlemyre; his brother Jay Suttlemyre; and his former wife Kimberly Holland.
