He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Hugh Connelly and Melda Mae Ollis Connelly; his wife Marsh Ann Mullis Connelly; his siblings, Myke Connelly (Kristy) and Susan McClelland (Mike); his nephew Nicolas Kummer; his close friends, Ed Stegal, Lavonda Mullis Fink, Howard Mullis (Andrea), Tammy, Eric Wayne and Melanie Mullis; and his son Cliffton Hugh Connelly.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church, 200 N. King Street, Morganton, NC 28655 for youth missions.
