He was predeceased by: his parents, Mouson Carven and Annie Celeste Williams; his wife Virginia Lea Wilson; and his siblings, Hartsell Williams, Bertie Lou Chapman, Clarence Williams, Theressa Williams, Eloise Dale, Floyd Williams, Carolyn Williams and Larry Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Janice Coble (Chris), Warren Williams (Tammy) and Eric Williams (Michelle); his grandchildren, Patrick Coble, Jason Coble, Heath Williams and Brooke Williams; and his sister Naomi O'Connell.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the St. Matthews United Methodist Church (201 Shady Rest Rd, Morganton, NC 28655). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
