He was predeceased by: his father Eloy Trierweiler; and his sons, Mitchell and David Trier. He is survived by: his mother Fern Olson Trierweiler; his wife Donna Rae Trier; his children, Stephen Trier (Lisa Shortridge), Joseph Trier (Lisa) and Katherine Walker (Michael); and his brother Richard Trierweiler (Marilyn). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
