It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Earl Ward of Morganton, North Carolina, who passed away on April 1, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Charlie Hampton Ward; and his brother Dickie Ward. He is survived by: his wife Catherine "Katie" Whitesides Ward; his children, Eric Ward (Courtney Hollifield Ward) and Joy McCall (Thomas); and his grandchildren, Amber McCall, Dallas McCall and Danielle Ward.
