He is survived by: his daughter Carolyn Pendley; his grandsons, Nick Pendley (Kayla) and Alex Pendley; his great grandchildren, Jaylynn and Marcalina "LiLi" Pendley; and his siblings, Benny Joe Pendley (Becky), John Henry Pendley (Regina), Jesse Pendley, David Pendley (Liz), Mabel Loven, Jean Thomas and Sue Pendley.
