With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rebecca Jane Oxford Williams (Morganton, North Carolina), who passed away on June 14, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her caregivers, Ruth Ray and Pete Cox; her parents, Claude Anders Oxford, Sr. and Ozelle Louise Oxford; her husband Claude N. Williams, Sr.; her brother C. A. Oxford, Jr. (Barbara); her siblings-in-law, Jack, Howard, Wayne, Joe Williams, Alice Wellons, Betty Causby and Lenada Williams; her children, Claude N. Williams, Jr. (DJ) of Asheville and Deborah Williams Scott (Danny) of Morganton; her grandchildren, Joshua Rand Williams of Asheville and Melissa Pashayan (Alex); her great grandchild Annette "Trixie" Pashayan of Kernersville; and her niece Cindy Williams Hill. She was also cherished by her family and friends.
