She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Ervin Hawkins and Alma Louise Ingle Hawkins; and her siblings, Johnny Hawkins and Shirley Hawkins Duckworth. She is survived by: her sister Patti Brown; and her nieces and nephews, Rhonda Duncan (Keith), Melissa Duckworth, Michael Duckworth (Tara) and Tony Hawkins.
