He is survived by: his mother Kathy Donnelle Parks; his children, Shavonn Moore (Jaqueline) and Dakayla Parks; the parent of his child Kandy Valentine; his child Tiana Lewis; the mother of his child Jessica Lewis; his sister Sherri Parks; his aunts and uncles, Drucilla Goodman (Maurice), Karen Parks (Jonathan), Terri Gray, Arthur Parks, Michael Parks and Patrick Parks; and his nieces and nephews, Dominique Burnette and Marquette Burnette.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
