He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis "Wade" Phillips and Faye Chester Phillips; his grandparents, Ollis, Nellie Chester, Johnny and Lucille Phillips; and his brother Dennis Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Ami Phillips; his daughters, Leah Ross (Steve), Anah Phillips and Dannah Phillips; his siblings, Kim Stamey (Jimmy) and Terry Phillips; his niece Heather Stamey; his great-nephew Aiden Lewis; and his aunt Gladys Seitz.
