He was predeceased by: his grandmother Linda Leach; his cousins, James Lee York and Ryan Chapman; his great-grandparent Vince Cooke; his aunt Tammy Chapman; and his uncle William Chapman.
He is survived by: his parents, Sandra Cook (Chris) of Morganton and Joe Cooke (Shirley) of Morganton; his sisters, Christine Cooke of Granite Falls and Grace Farmer (Kenny) of Morganton; his stepsisters, Beth Taylor (Caston) of Glen Alpine and Nickie Juarez (C. J.); his nieces and nephews, Sabastian Barnette, Xander Barnette, Carson Hatley, Karla Hatley and Liam Hatley; and his grandparents, Tonnie, David Branch of Drexel, Josephine, Joe Lambert of Morganton and AlanCooke of Morganton.
