He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Bland and Lutha Bland; and his sister Ann Riley. He is survived by: his wife Phoebe Bland; his daughters, Lisa Baker (Peter), Jeannie Hodges and Gretchen Ochs (Michael); and his sister Rena Register. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
