It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mabel Louise Powell Patton (Morganton, North Carolina), who passed away on February 20, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Glen Powell and Jessie Irene Moore Powell. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Patton; and her children, Keith Patton (Susan) and Lisa Patton (Charles Holtzclaw). She is also survived by five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Zion Baptist Church or to Amorem Hospice.
