It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luella Watts Wilson (Morganton, North Carolina), who passed away on April 25, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Zela Lucille Chapman and John Furman Watts; and her siblings, Ernest Watts, John Ervin Watts of Morganton, Beulah Smith and Betty Secrest of Morganton.
She is survived by: her siblings, Blanche Berry, William Watts and Herman Watts; her daughter Cynthia Wilson Pitt (William) of St. Paul, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Amanda Marie Pitt of Laramie, WY, Jefferson Linwood Pitt (Ban) of Charlotte, NC and Brian Wilson Pitt (Karlee) of Cottage Grove, MN.; and her great grandchildren, Michael Wilson Pitt, Ethan Saadeh Pitt of Charlotte, NC and Theo Wilson Pitt of Cottage Grove, MN.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Amorem Hospice, Samaritan's Purse for Ukraine, or South Mountain Children's Home.
