She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Heath Beach and Cora Marie Neidig Beach; her husband Clarence Brittain; her grandson Chad Cole; and her siblings, Mary Beach of Virginia, Ethyleen Beach Murphy, Worth Beach, Blanche LaFevers and Vera Brittain.
She is survived by: her children, Glenda Cole (Sherrill), Tonia Lingafeldt (Glenn), Tommie Brittain (Norma) and Ricky Brittain (Ellen); her siblings, Mary Tallent, Ruthven Beach (Mary Belle) and Sarah Copeland; and her sister-in-law Hattie Beach. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
