She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Chalker and Anna Marie W. Schmidt Chalker; her husband JC Gantt; and her siblings, Hattie Lucker, Marie Schlessner, Marguerite Unrein and Gilbert Chalker.
She is survived by: her children, Gerry Gantt (Wee Boonmak), Charles Gantt (Vicki Salveson), Jeff Gantt (Mary), Kathy Leonhardt (Derr), Kathleen Curtis (Dionne) and Kevin Gantt (Nora). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 2 great great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
