She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Mathes and Louise Webb Mathes; her husband Jerry Leonard Dyson; and her siblings, Patricia Pritchard, Dixie Mathes, Dawn Martin and Sherman Mathes.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Dyson (Tammy), Freddie Dyson (Toni), Teresa Dyson and Lisa Revis; and her brother Jack Mathes. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
