She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Roger and Helen Bufford Stephens; and her grandchildren, Brooke Weisner and Izaach Lovelace. She is survived by: her husband Ray T. Webb; her children, Stephen Webb (Patty), Diane McLean (Norman), Scott Webb (Tiffany) and Barbara Sexton (Scott); her grandchildren, Brian Webb, Melody Bargsley, Josh Benfield, Andrew Webb, Morgan Webb, Cameron Nieters and Danielle Nieters; and her siblings, Donna Carswell, Judy Rodgers and Butch Stephens (Sandy). She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Oak Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery (2239 NC-181, Morganton, NC 28655).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Burke County.
