She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Monroe Crutchfield and Maggie Lassiter Crutchfield; and her siblings, Julian, Freeman Crutchfield, Lucy Moore and Ollie Hutchins.

She is survived by: her children, Richard Lee Chambers, Linda E. Wright, Jimmy N. Wright, Jr. and Margie Walker; her niece Brenda Benton; and her close friends, Mary and Billy Lovelace.
